I would like to say how wonderful this process was from start to finish. I needed 10 of these tankards for a group of club officers within a fraternal organization. I emailed the company and began conversing with Gareth. We went back and forth, and he helped me perfect the custom engraving design and bring my idea to life. Once the tankards went into production, it was a very fast turn around time from production to delivery. The team took the time to label each individual box so I knew what box goes to what officer. The Crafted Cup even kept our organization's custom engraving on file so that in the future we can quickly order more for new members. The level of customer service you will receive from the Crafted Cup is unmatched. I enthusiastically recommend this company for your tankard and other cup needs. On the 13th, I sent an email to Mr. Rowlands stating how excited I was when the gift I ordered was received. I also stated I would surely recommend your firm to my friends. Also said the person we purchased the gift for will be more than pleased.
It is tradition in our family to give our children (now adults) a pewter tankard or mug when they reach legal drinking age. I wish my parents had found The Crafted Cup Company when I had turned 21. This is well-crafted and looks terrific. Something my children hopefully will keep and use for all of their years.

I’m very pleased with the mug I bought. Very good weight, perfectly engraved, and delivered promptly.
My tankard was ordered and arrived in the promised window even though there was some confusion with the. design. Confusion was on my part. Garth did an awesome job and was very patient. Again, Tankard arrived within the time promised. I would recommend to anybody planning a special occasion - Conferences, Bachelor Parties - a quality rememberance to be proud of that will last and has a true utilitarian purpose. I will be ordering more.
The logos I had engraved on the last 5 tankards I ordered were not as good as the first one I ordered.
But this was the fault of the logo design and not the engraving.
I purchased this tankard to commemorate my military service and it is absolutely beautiful! Thank you so much.
I ordered a mug with a butterfly on one side and a rat on the other and the designs came out great. Being able to see on a 3D model view beforehand was extra helpful! Solid cup!

We are quite impressed with the 19 oz Classic Tankard. It was delivered on time, and is beautifully inscribed, including the image and the lettering. It is stately and also looks very solid. The only remaining unknown is whether it will properly hold beer (probably some sort of Belgian ale) when put to the test -- I’m guessing it probably will!

I personalized the Pilsner tankard with both an image and passage; the engraving looks great! The tankard itself also looks and feels amazing. It took less than two weeks to receive which was a pleasant surprise especially since it was personalized. I highly recommend.
I ordered, from the UK, a Georgian Tankard for my Grandson who lives in Texas. The whole procedure was very easy and my Grandson loved his birthday present which has his initials engraved on it. It was delivered when it was scheduled to be. Thank you so much.
Truly a masterfully crafted tankard. Everything about this mug screams quality on first impressions and I have no doubt it will be a family heirloom. Feels welcoming in the hand, like it's begging to be drank from. This is my first purchase from The Crafted Cup Co. and I know it won't be the last!
