It depends on where you are and what you order (especially on whether your order includes engraving or not).

Our returns policy is pretty simple: If you’re not happy with your purchase for any reason let us know within 14 days and you can return it for a full refund. If we made a mistake somehow then we will pay for the return shipment too.

If your shipping address is in Michigan then yes, we will add 6% Sales and Use Tax to your order.
In other cases we do not charge tax, but please note that if you are ordering from outside the USA you may need to pay customs duties or GST (in Australia) which we do not cover.
No! We have put a lot of time into making sure our website is safe to use and part of our approach is based on the idea that nobody can steal something we don’t have. For this reason we do not keep credit card details after your purchase has been processed.
