Orders and Shipping

It depends on where you are and what you order.

The shipping options available to you will be displayed in the cart but we try to offer you a good free option and some faster options for a small cost.

Most unengraved orders are picked up by the carrier next business day, and most engraved orders are picked up within 2 business days (at most).

Most of our customers have their tankards in their hands within one week from placing their order.

Yes we do!  Well, we do so long as you live in the USA, Canada, Australia, or New Zealand, anyway. 

If you live in these countries then you can buy through our website.  If you live elsewhere then let us know and we’ll let you know if we can help you.

Orders without engraving usually ship from our warehouse in Michigan, USA.

Orders with engraving (or other customization) generally ship direct from our Master Pewterer’s workshop in England, UK.

We use a range of carriers depending on where you are and the shipping option you choose.  Most orders ship via DHL, although we sometimes use national postal services (USPS, Canada Post, etc) for international orders.

All orders are tracked and require delivery confirmation.

No.  We have a guest checkout which you are very welcome to use if you prefer.

However if you do create an account you can use it to keep track of your order, store your shipping address for future orders, and record your order history.  Please be assured that we don’t store payment details whether you have an account or not.

Oh no! If you need to change or correct your shipping address after ordering please let us know as soon as you possibly can.  If we can change the address then we will, but please be aware that orders without engraving are mostly automated through our warehouse for speed and to keep costs down, and it might not be possible to stop an order after even a short time. 

All shipments are tracked. We will send an email with the tracking details shortly after shipping.  

Usually, yes.  If you order ceramic and pewter cups in one order then they may come in different boxes, but otherwise your order will almost always arrive in a single package.

If you need to return an item


Yes! We want you to enjoy your new cup for years to come, and definitely don’t want any hard feelings. So here’s what we’ll do:

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, then we’ll give you up to 14 days from the delivery date to tell us that you want to return it for a FULL refund. 

We want to be fair. 

If there is something wrong with the product or if we somehow messed up, we will pay for your return shipping label.

If there is nothing wrong but you just don’t like your tankard, we will 100% accept your return for a full refund, but we do ask you to pay the return shipping costs yourself.

A few.

  1. You have to tell us first, using the form below or by email, and not send anything until you hear from us.  This is super important, if we aren’t expecting your return then it could get lost and then nobody would be happy.
    • If the cup is damaged it would help us a lot of you could provide a photo when you ask about the return.
    • We will reply, usually within 1 business day, with details of how to return your order.
  2. The product must be returned unused and in the original packaging (including packing list). Please wrap it as carefully as you can so that no damage is sustained in the return.
