For some, it’s just too different, and they just cannot understand this tankard. We’ll admit that it isn’t a classic tankard shape. It’s not meant to be. It’s a stout tankard, it’s shape perfectly reflects that tradition, and that’s what stout enthusiasts love about it.
Like most of our tankards, our stout tankard tapers slightly towards the top to retain the flavors and aromas right at the top of your beer. But this cup is unique in our collection in that – apart from the handle – it is entirely spun from a single disk of lead-free pewter.
If you do appreciate your stout, and want to enjoy stout in the traditional way, then this might be the perfect mug for you. It will certainly provoke a reaction among your friends. We just don’t know what that reaction will be!
